Unfair treatment to new employees , not given enough time to learn and settle into new job

Terrible place to work the quality control is none existent health and safety's a joke the place is falling apart they also treat the staff like robots then get rid of them once there broken don't buy from these people there modern day slave drivers

my partner worked at M&M in the workshop. Things were going really well until he tested positive. He did everything correctly, when his tests were coming back negative he went back in as he was told to. Then they let him go saying he broke the rules, my partner has learning difficulties this has really affected him. Very unfair not to mention the financial struggle we had. Think there was a bit more to it.
